Our Company

GLOBAL SEA CATCH LLC is an Omani corporation formed by SOUTH BEACH INVESTMENTS-SBI (Sultanate of Oman), highly experienced in seafood industry and fleet management Mr Ahmed El rubi, and the Spanish companies GLOBAL RUNNER SL (BUBA CAMARON) and ALLORA QOQUE SL, putting together their resources and expertise to build up and to develop a vertically integrated tuna project.

Our operations cover all the links in the value chain: fishing tuna in the Indian Ocean waters, freezing it on board and/or landing it fresh iced-cooled for processing in our factories, and exporting worldwide our tuna products in different presentations.

All the procedure carried out under strict quality protocols to obtain the finest final product.

‘Muzna’ is a 30 meter pole-and-line tuna vessel, refitted with brand new equipment in Spain in February 2022.

Tuna is caught one by one using artisanal and minimal invasive fishing gear (pole-and-line), with zero discards, ensuring sustainability of the fishing grounds and fishery resources.

All the tuna caught by the ‘Muzna’, owned by SBI, is exclusively commercialized by Global Sea Catch.
